vấn đề giao bán tên miền với sedo.com

tình hình là em có 1 cái tên miền muốn bán nên đã lên sedo.com để giao bán, nhưng sau khi tạo tài khoản và giao bán thì em có nhận được email của họ trả về có nội dung như sau:
